We are registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and can access their services online for company registration and related services.
THE PROCESS
Profit Companies: These can be incorporated under different types of companies under the Companies Act.
Non-Profit Companies: These are also registered with CIPC.
- Register with CIPC:
Complete the Online Application: We register your business, providing relevant information depending on your business structure.
Submit Payment: You pay the registration and associated fee of R 750.
Name Reservation: We check to ensure that the company name is unique and reserve the company name.
- Register with SARS (South African Revenue Service):
Once your company is registered with CIPC, SARS will automatically generate an Income Tax reference number.
- Key Considerations:
Company Name: Choose a unique name (we can check availability).
Directors and Shareholders: You’ll need to provide details of the company’s directors and shareholders.
Registered Office: Ensure you have a valid registered office address in South Africa.
